1. Aga Khan Foundation’s International Scholarship

The Aga Khan Foundation’s International Scholarship Programme (ISP) aims to assist talented and meritorious students who lack other financial support in pursuing full-time postgraduate study at respectable higher education institutions in Portugal, France, the United Kingdom, Canada, and the United States.

The candidates have excellent academic records, and hold a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent training/professional experience. Young professionals under 30 years old are given preference. Applications for Master's programmes are given preference, and recipients get a 50% loan and 50% grant sum. The demonstration of sustained academic effort and excellence is a requirement for consideration in this scholarship programme. 2. Agatha Harrison Memorial Fellowship

Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India, administers the Ms. Agatha Harrison Memorial Fellowship. The scholarship is specifically for one candidate to study at St. Antony College, Oxford University London. It primarily targets students who are aspiring to pursue their academic careers in the field of social science (History, Economics, Political/Social Science). 3. Chevening Scholarship

Chevening is the UK government’s international scholarship programme, funded by the Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office and partner organisations. There are many advantages to being selected, including fully funded tuition fees, access to some of the best quality education in the world, exclusive networking opportunities, and the chance to explore the UK’s diverse culture.

  • Commonwealth Distance learning Scholarships
    Enable talented and motivated individuals to access training and skills required for sustainable development not available in their home countries by undertake part-time taught Master’s study with UK universities while remaining in their home countries.
  • Commonwealth Professional Fellowships
    For Mid-career professionals (with five years’ relevant work experience) working organisations in low and middle income Commonwealth countries. These fellowships are offered under six development themes which are (i) Science and technology for development, (ii) Strengthening health systems and capacity, (iii) Promoting global prosperity, (iv) Strengthening global peace, security and governance, (v) Strengthening resilience and response to crises and (vi) Access, inclusion and opportunity.
